SoulBends is a guided online yoga program designed in keeping native language, culture and traditions in mind. We combine expert-led live sessions with a calm, supportive community — helping you build a daily yoga habit at your own pace. Our goal is to make yoga simple, personal, and truly life-enhancing, even if you're just starting out.

Absolutely. Most of our students are beginners. The online sessions are simple, safe, and designed to gently ease you into the practice. Our instructors offer clear, step-by-step guidance with posture support, so you can follow along even if you’ve never done yoga before.

Just a yoga mat and a little space to move freely. Occasionally, a chair or wall for support is helpful. Wear something comfortable that lets you stretch and breathe easily. No fancy equipment or setup is required.

We run 6 live batches every day across morning and evenings —
🕡 Morning: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
🌆 Evening: 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Each session lasts about 40 - 45 minutes, balancing energy and calm for your day. You can join any batch.

Our instructors blend light Bengali and Hindi during the session, making the experience more relatable for Bengali families. If you understand basic Hindi or Bengali, you’ll feel right at home.
